FAQ
Questions, answered
What happens in the meeting?
We start with your environment rather than our product. What are you protecting, where do you feel exposed, what has to keep running, and who are you answerable to? From there we map your situation to the capabilities that fit and show you those working. If a capability is not relevant to you, we will say so rather than demonstrate it.
How long does it take?
Thirty minutes is enough for a first conversation and a focused walkthrough. If you want a deeper technical session, an operational-technology discussion or a review with several stakeholders, we will arrange a longer follow-up rather than rushing the first one.
Who should attend?
Whoever owns the problem. That is often a CISO, head of security or IT director, but for operational-technology conversations it is worth including whoever owns the plant, the fleet or the control systems, because their constraints shape what is deployable.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. It helps if you can describe your estate at a high level and name the obligations you answer to, but nothing needs to be prepared in advance and no access to your environment is required.
What if we are not ready to buy?
That is fine, and it is most first meetings. Plenty of people book to understand the agentic SOC model, to sanity-check an OT security approach or to work out what DORA or NIS2 means for them in practice. There is no obligation attached to the conversation.
