These terms govern your use of hexashield.io. They are not the terms under which we provide the HexaShield platform or any service: those are set out in a separate written agreement between HexaShield Inc and the customer.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
The website is information only
The content on this site is provided for general information about HexaShield Inc and its services. It is not professional, security, legal, regulatory or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis for any decision without appropriate professional input.
Descriptions of platform capability reflect the current and planned HexaShield platform. Features identified as in development or coming soon are not commitments, may change, and may not be released. Nothing on this site forms part of any contract or constitutes a warranty, representation or offer.
Performance figures and examples
Outcomes, metrics and scenarios described on this site are illustrative unless they are expressly identified as measured results for a specific engagement. Security outcomes depend on your environment, your configuration and factors outside our control, and results vary.

The site and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, page design and underlying code, are owned by HexaShield Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. HexaShield, HexaCore, HexaSOC, HexaInt, HexaOT, HexaStrike, HexaComply, HexaCustody, HexaMatrix and HexaView are trade marks of HexaShield Inc.
You may view, download and print content from the site for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation purposes. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.
Third-party names, standards and frameworks referenced on this site, including MITRE ATT&CK, are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply endorsement, affiliation or certification unless expressly stated.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to transmit malicious code. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, not to interfere with its normal operation, and not to scrape or harvest it by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing.
We welcome good-faith security research. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it as described in our security.txt rather than disclosing it publicly, and please do not access, modify or delete data that is not yours.

The site may link to third-party sites and may embed third-party components such as our scheduling widget. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Changes
We may change these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and HexaShield Inc submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kent County, Delaware, and you waive any objection to venue in those courts.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
