This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on hexashield.io, what they do, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies such as local storage and pixels do comparable things. They are used to make a site work, to remember preferences, and to understand how a site is used.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function and to keep it secure. These cannot be switched off through our site.
Preferences. Remember choices you have made, such as dismissing a notice, so you are not asked again.
Analytics. Help us understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck, in aggregate. Set only where you have consented, if consent is required where you are.
Third-party scheduling. Our booking page embeds a third-party scheduling widget which may set its own cookies when it loads. If you block scripts it will not load, and a direct link is provided instead.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Managing cookies
Where a consent banner is shown, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies and change your mind later. Independently of that, most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and let you clear existing ones. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Browser Do Not Track signals are not consistently implemented across the industry. Where applicable law requires us to honour an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we do.
Changes
We may update this page as the site changes. The effective date at the top will always show when it was last revised.
